SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer free Standard shipping on all orders. We do not offer international shipping. If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise of a revised estimated date for delivery. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For items purchased online, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at safehavenartstudios@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include items order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped with out authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange. Shipping instructions will be included with your return authorization. The following items: Clearance, Final Sale items and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange. Condition of item must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging (Exceptions for items damaged when purchased). Refunds if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment.
